In general, these are open to students in all years, but geared towards those who are close to applying to residency. Most programs provide a detailed overview of their programs, with more information than is available on their website, and a meet and greet with the program directors and residents. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about residencies before interview season in a more casual, informative format.
